Exercises:

  • Sprint (on treadmill or outdoors) – 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds (10 rounds)
  • Mountain Climbers – 4 sets of 45 seconds
  • Jump Squats – 4 sets of 12 reps
  • Plank with Shoulder Taps – 4 sets of 30 seconds
